1)barnwal is general or obc in central list? I belong to jharkhand.
Please give the document to show as proof to the authority concerned.
2)how to offline make EWS certificate{{All steps of the process in jharkhand}}? Which documents needed? Which person/officer/office to submit? How many maximum days will it take ? Whom to complain if any extra documents asked or delay in certificate giving? How will it be sent to me?
3)How is a person's caste determined by govt, If that person / his parents has never applied before ,for a caste certificate?
Is surname enough because MANY castes keep same surnames?
