Request for Detailed Placement Report of Punjab Engineering College for 2024-2025 till date under the RTI Act, 2005

Under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I hereby request the following information regarding the placement statistics and related data for Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh, covering all programs offered by the institute, including undergraduate (B.Tech), postgraduate (M.Tech), and graduate (Ph.D.) levels, for the academic years 2024-2025 till date.

If the placements are incomplete, i want the date till date of the placements.

I request the following detailed information:

Enrollment and Placement Data:

Total number of students enrolled (branch-wise) for undergraduate, postgraduate, and graduate programs.

Number of students registered for placement (branch-wise).

Number of students placed (branch-wise).

Placement percentage (branch-wise).

Salary/Package Details (Branch-wise):

Minimum package offered.

Maximum package offered.

Median package offered.

Average package offered.

Package-wise distribution of placed students in the following ranges:

5-10 LPA

All other applicable ranges (e.g., <5 LPA, 10-15 LPA, 15-20 LPA, >20 LPA, etc.).

Higher Studies Data:

Number of students pursuing higher studies (branch-wise).

Format:

A. Please provide the above data in a tabular format, preferably in Excel sheet or PDF format, with clear segregation by branch, program (undergraduate, postgraduate, graduate), and academic year ( 2024-2025).
