Application for providing data under RTI ACT 2005
Dear sir,
kindly provide the following information under the RTI ACT 2005
1. Kindly provide the names of the faculties whose CAS promotion happened in last five years at Tripura University.
2. Kindly provide the names of the faculties whose promotion happened under the UGC regulation 2018 (UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION NOTIFICATION, New Delhi, the 18th July, 2018).
3. Provide the detailed list whose promotion happened by implementing the UGC regulations (UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION NOTIFICATION, New Delhi, the 18th July, 2018) retrospectively, that is those whose promotions were due before 2018 but for them also UGC regulations 2018 followed.
3. Kindly provide the date of implementation of UGC regulation 2018 (UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION NOTIFICATION, New Delhi, the 18th July, 2018) in Tripura University.
4. Kindly provide the details of persons who joined as faculty between the time period 01/01/2012 to 06/12/2017, for their recruitment which UGC regulations were followed?
5. Provide the details if among these recruited faculties (during time period 01/01/2012 to 06/12/2017) anyone has counted previous job experience, how the UGC regulation 2018 was considered on recruitment which was done before coming on act the UGC regulation 2018 (UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION NOTIFICATION, New Delhi, the 18th July, 2018)? If such cases are there then kindly provide the details of what has been done to rectify these issues.
6. Also if there is any instance of counting previous job experience, kindly provide that copy of the letter, where the concerned person applied through while filling up the application at the time of recruitment application.
7. Kindly provide the detailed report of the verification process which was done at the time of verification of the previous job’s experience certificate.
8. Kindly provide the details where while counting the previous job experience academic pay level were changed (like those who joined in academic pay level 10 but after counting previous job experience they were directly placed to academic pay level 11 or higher). Also provide the details under which regulations this has been done.
9. Those faculties who are currently in academic level 11, provide dates when they have finished their orientation, refresher course which were as part of their essential promotional criteria for promotion from academic level 10 to academic level 11 (for cases before 7th cpc treat this as promotion from grade pay 6000 to grade pay 7000) and the date they were eligible for promotion to their current level that is level 11.
10. Those faculties who are currently in academic level 12, provide dates when they have finished their orientation, refresher course which were as part of their essential promotional criteria for promotion from academic level 10 to academic level 11 (for cases before 7th cpc treat this as promotion from grade pay 6000 to grade pay 7000) and the date they were eligible for promotion to their current level that is level 11.
