I am filing this RTI application under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Please provide the following information:
1. Provide the list of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other agencies which used the CLAT PG 2022, 2023 and 2024 score for recruitment purposes.
2. Provide the number of candidates recruited by each PSU and agency using CLAT PG scores in the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
3. Provide the cut-off scores used by PSUs and other agencies for recruitment based on CLAT PG scores for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
4. Provide the list of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other agencies which are going to use the CLAT PG 2025 score for recruitment purposes.
5. Provide the official communication or agreements or MOUs between the Consortium of National Law Universities and the PSUs/agencies regarding the use of CLAT PG scores for recruitment.
6. Provide information on how candidates are informed about the use of their CLAT PG scores by PSUs and other agencies for recruitment purposes.
7. Provide the detailed procedure and criteria used by PSUs and other agencies for selecting candidates based on CLAT PG scores.
8. Provide the job profiles or positions offered to candidates recruited through CLAT PG scores by these PSUs and agencies.
9. Provide the salary packages or compensation details offered to candidates recruited through CLAT PG scores.
10. Provide details of any feedback or performance reviews received from PSUs and agencies regarding candidates recruited through CLAT PG 2022, 2023 and 2024 scores.
