2. If yes then, can parents demand school to either give them access to observe their child's class periodically or give access to CCTV surveillance?

3. Is there any law applicable to SSC schools in Pune which mandates actual representation of facts of their school activities to the parents of students studying there?

4. In case one wants to know why their child has changed behavior and not communicating openly only after joining school after holidays, then how or what are the measures in the school laws in Maharashtra state  to know what is wrong in the system rather than just blindly blaming that single student or others?

5. Is there any laws or Act  for not judging students on one single opinion of a class teacher who does not even consult parents about their child's behavior out of school.
