1) As per the link - "https://thekanal.in/en-IN/details/women-bankers-distressed-over-sbi-transfer-policy-failures", a letter-number F.no. 4/9/1/2014 - IR from the Ministry of Finance was sent in 2014 to set up the policies for women bankers. Kindly share the complete steps taken by SBI till 31st May 2024. Please share all the notifications, circulars, responses, and other documents in PDF format.
2) As per the link mentioned in Query 1 and letter number letter number F.no. 4/9/1/2014, confirmation was to be shared with the Ministry of Finance by SBI. Please share the date on which SBI provided a response and on which date, the response was received by Ministry of Finance. Please provide the letter numbers along with all letters and documents and responses in pdf format.
3) Please share the actions taken by the Ministry of Finance against SBI if the guidelines shared by the Ministry of Finance vide letter number F.no. 4/9/1/2014 has not been followed.
4) If no action is taken by the Ministry of Finance against SBI, please share the date by which action will be taken.
